Timorese Applicants Online Test

Timorese applicants, be ready!

The admission team of new international students for academic year 2022/2023 will conduct the Online Test for undergraduate program (Diploma Degree and Bachelor Degree). This Online Test is specifically held for Timorese applicants as one of the selections process to earn Telkom University X Telkomcel Scholarship.

TIMORESE APPLICANTS ONLINE TEST SCHEDULE

The Online Test will be conducted on October 14^th & 15^th, 2021. Timorese applicants who register engineering study program join the Online Test on October 14^th & 15^th, 2021, while Timorese applicants who register non engineering study program join the Online Test only on October 15^th, 2021.

TIMORESE APPLICANTS ONLINE TEST ELLIGIBILITY

To join the Online Test, the applicants must:

1. Hold East Timor nationality
2. Complete all application steps at io.telkomuniversity.ac.id/admission, including:
3. Creating account in DEGREE Program
4. Choosing PROGRAM (Bachelor or Diploma)
5. Completing information of PERSONAL, FAMILY, and EDUCATION Steps
6. Uploading all required documents:
   High school diploma
   High school transcript
   Passport
   Personal statement (motivational letter)
   Formal photo with red background
   Statement of compliance to the rule

TIMORESE APPLICANTS ONLINE TEST SUBJECTS

There are 5 subjects tested in the Online Test which are divided into two session:

1^st Session (October 14^th, 2021): Mathematics & Physics

2^nd Session October 15^th, 2021): TPA (Academic Potential Test), Indonesian Language, and English.

TIMORESE APPLICANTS ONLINE TEST PROCEDURES

After the application has been reviewed and verified, the Timorese applicants will receive invitation to join the Online Test including information about USERNAME and PASSWORD through email. Next, on the Online Test schedule, Timorese applicants need to:

1. Access LMS of Telkom university at elearning.telkomuniversity.ac.id/lms/
2. Log in with Username and Password shared by admission team
3. Click “My Course” and click “International Student Admission”
4. Choose the test as scheduled:
   Topic 1: Test Online Sesi 1 (Mathematics & Physics)
   Topic 2: Test Online Sesi 2 (TPA, Indonesian Language, and English)
5. Do the Online Test as directed in the instruction

TIMORESE APPLICANTS ONLINE TEST RESULT

The Timorese applicants who pass the Online Test will receive notification regarding next step of the admission which is Interview Session.
