TELU EXCHANGE PROGRAM FOR EVEN SEMESTER 2024/2025. A Program of Student Exchange for International Students at Telkom University in 2024/2025 awaits you international students. TYPES OF TELU EXCHANGE PROGRAM FOR EVEN SEMESTER 2024/2025

1. Academic Student Exchange Program (classroom-based activities)
2. Research Exchange Program (research-based activities)

STUDY PROGRAM AVAILABLE FOR TELU EXCHANGE PROGRAM

International students are recommended to join international class (delivered in English) for conducting TelU Exchange Program. The following is study programs that are delivered in English available for TelU Exchange Program for Even Semester 2024/2025:

1. S1 Informatics
2.  S1 Telecommunication Engineering
3. S1 Electrical Engineering
4. S1 Industrial Engineering
5. S1 Information Systems
6. S1 Business Administration
7. S1 Communication Science
8. S1 International ICT Business
9. S1 Accounting
10. S1 Visual Communication Design

Besides those 10 international classes, international students coming from Master Degree Program are welcome to join Academic Student Exchange Program at our Master Degree Programs. Yet, the instruction is only delivered in Indonesian Language. Apart of that, international students (Bachelor and Master) are also welcome to join Research Exchange Program to carry out the research in our Center of Excellence (CoE). PROGRAM PERIOD OF TELU EXCHANGE PROGRAM

TelU Exchange Program for Even Semester 2024/2025 will start on 17 February – July 2025.  International students who are interested in joining TelU Exchange Program for Even Semester 2024/2025 must visit and join physical mobility program to Telkom University, located in Bandung, West Java.

REGISTRATION LINK TO PARTICIPATE IN TELU EXCHANGE PROGRAM

International students who get interested to participate in TelU Exchange Program for Even Semester 2024/2025 must register beforehand to the online application system at https://io.telkomuniversity.ac.id/admission/ and choose enrollment “Exchange Program February 2025 (1 Semester)”

COURSES AVAILABLE FOR TELU EXCHANGE PROGRAM

The fixed courses for Even Semester 2024/2025 will usually be available in January 2025. Thus, students are strongly advised to contact International Office of Telkom University to confirm the updated courses being offered.

NOMINATION & APPLICATION DEADLINE OF TELU EXCHANGE PROGRAM

Nominations from home university are expected to be sent via email before 15 November 2024 (template can be downloaded HERE). Students can also directly register to the online application before 30 November 2024. Regarding the courses’ selection, students still can discuss it until January 2025.

APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN TELU EXCHANGE PROGRAM

To be eligible to take part in TelU Exchange Program for Even Semester Program of Student Exchange, international students must fulfil the following requirements:

1. International students and are enrolled in their home university,
2. Students must be nominated by home university,
3. Having good academic records,
4. Having good English proficiency.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TELU EXCHANGE PROGRAM

All international students who wish to join and participate in TelU Exchange Program for Even Semester 2024/2025 must prepare and upload the required documents to https://io.telkomuniversity.ac.id/admission/:

1. Personal statement/motivation letter (in English)
2. Latest university academic transcript (in English);
3. Passport;
4. Red background photo;
5. Statement of compliance to the rules and regulations.

2. Applicants consult their academic supervisor in home university related to participation in TelU Exchange Program for Even Semester 2024/2025, including the course selection and study program available at Telkom University.
3. Applicants contact the International Office of Telkom University via email internationaladmission@telkomuniversity.ac.id or WhatsApp +62 813 2112 3400 regarding selected subjects and study program that will be taken at Telkom University.
4. Applicants prepare and upload required documents for the online application at https://io.telkomuniversity.ac.id/admission/.
5. Applicants wait for the announcement regarding passed nomination to participate in Exchange Program for Even Semester 2024/2025.
