TelU International Admissions 2025 offers international students with various programs:

1. Regular program of Diploma (D3), Bachelor (S1), Master (S2), and Doctor (S3).
2. Academic Student Exchange Program (classroom-based activities).
3. Research Exchange Program (research-based activities).

*Note: For TelU International Admissions 2025, new international students who pass the administrative selections will be invited to the Online Test for those who choose Bachelor Program (S1) for all study programs, Master Program (S2) of Electrical Engineering, Informatics Engineering, and Industrial Engineering.

TELU INTERNATIONAL ADMISSIONS 2025 INTAKE

TelU International Admissions 2025 is held two times a year for February 2025 and September 2025 with the following details:

STUDY PROGRAMS AVAILABLE FOR TELU INTERNATIONAL ADMISSIONS 2025

1. Diploma Program (D3)

Telkom University offers various study programs for international students who wish to study Diploma Program (D3) at Telkom University by studying at School of Applied Sciences. The study programs for Diploma Program (D3) that can be selected by international students are:

1. D3 Telecommunication Technology
2. D3 Application Software Engineering
3. D3 Information Systems
4. D3 Accounting Information Systems
5. D3 Computer Technology
6. D3 Marketing Management
7. D3 Hospitality

The above-mentioned study programs, however, will be taught in Indonesian. For students who want to enroll in Telkom University’s Diploma Program (D3), they must be fluent in Indonesian.

2. Bachelor Program (S1) and Student Exchange Program

For Bachelor Program (S1) and Student Exchange Program, Telkom University offers a diverse range of 10 study programs delivered in English for international students who aspire to join a globally recognized institution. The 10 study programs are:

3. Master Program (S2)

International students who would like to study at Telkom University by choosing Master Program (S2) can select one of these study programs. The study programs, however, will be delivered in Indonesian. It is strongly recommended that the applicants master Indonesian Language before enrolling to the Master Program.

4. Doctoral Program (S3)

TelU International Admissions 2025 also offers international students with Doctoral Program (S3). New international students can pursue their academic journey at Telkom University by studying either Doctoral Program of Informatics or Doctoral Program of Electrical Engineering. Again, the class is delivered in Indonesia.

*Note: International students aspiring to join the doctoral programs at Telkom University are encouraged to have a promoter in Telkom University. It is an essential part of your application process to Telkom University for TelU International Admissions 2025. Thus, the applicants must contact the study program or the promoter to get a promoter approval before applying to a Doctoral Program.

International students who get interested to be new international students at Telkom University for TelU International Admissions 2025 must register beforehand to the online application system at https://io.telkomuniversity.ac.id/admission/ and choose the selected enrollment.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN TELU INTERNATIONAL ADMISSIONS 2025

Please note that international students who wish to continue their study at Telkom University must prepare some required documents in English as follows:

1. Scan of passport
2. Scan of Passport-sized photographs (red-background)
3. Senior high school certificate and academic transcripts for Diploma and Bachelor Programs; college degree certificate and academic transcripts for Master and Doctoral Program
4. Personal statement or Motivation letter mentioning your vision why do you want to join Telkom University in 1-2 pages A4 (file format: pdf, doc, docx, and jpeg)
5. Statement of Compliance to Rules & Non-Employment (download template here)

9. Approval Prospective Supervisor (promoter) Form (template 1) for Doctoral Program

11. Residency Commitment Letter Form (template 3) for Doctoral Program
12. Recommendation Letter (Minimum 2) for Doctoral Program

For international students who wish to take part in Student Exchange Program for TelU International Admissions 2025 must prepare and submit the documents:

1. Personal statement/motivation letter (in English);
2. Latest university academic transcript (in English);
3. Passport;
4. Red background photo;
5. Statement of compliance to the rules and regulations.

APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN TELU INTERNATIONAL ADMISSIONS 2025

To be eligible to take part in TelU International Admissions 2025, international students must fulfil the following requirements:

1. Hold foreign citizenship other than Indonesia.
2. Maximum 35 years old for Master Program and maximum 23 years old for Bachelor Program.
3. Have good English Proficiency
4. Have a Bachelor Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale of 4.00) for Master Program applicants
5. Have a linear study program for a Doctoral Degree Program.
6. Have a promoter in Telkom University for Doctoral Degree.
