For international partner university students. Semester @ SFSU provides international students with the opportunity to take one or two semesters of academic courses at San Francisco State University. Students can choose from a wide variety of classes in over 100 different disciplines on a space available basis. PROGRAM FEE FOR STUDY IN SAN FRANCISCO 2026
Fall Program 2026
*Students from partner universities may qualify for a tuition discount depending on the terms and condition of the individual agreement.
*Estimated total. Fees subject to change. Cost of living may vary. Textbooks not included in the tuition fee.
Summer Program 2026
*Cost for in-person program includes course tuition for 6 units (5 weeks) or 12 units (10 weeks), mandatory/miscellaneous fees, and Living in San Francisco course. Six units per 5-week session is considered full time in summer.
Mandatory Fees Include:

APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY FOR STUDY IN SAN FRANCISCO 2026
- Telkom University undergraduate and graduate students
- Having excellent academic records and good honours with GPA 3.00 (out of 4.00) or above
- Having good English communication skills
- Undergraduate: min score TOEFL-iBT 61, IELTS 6.0, DET 95, or TOEIC 700
- Graduate: min score TOEFL-iBT 80, IELTS 6.5, or DET 120
- Being passed the nomination step

- Letter of Recommendation by International Office of Telkom University (only for applicants who don’t meet the GPA or language requirement)
