Program Period of Spring Exchange at Saxion 2024

The program is scheduled to take place over a period during the Spring semester February 3 – July 11, 2025.

Telkom University students who want to participate in the Spring Exchange at Saxion 2024 at Saxion University of Applied Science must register beforehand via the internal application link before October 6th, 2024.

APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY FOR Spring Exchange at Saxion 2024

1. Active Telkom University undergraduate students who have passed 1 year of study.
2. Having excellent academic records, min GPA of 3.0 and/or above.
3. Having good English communication skills, proved by English at level CEFR B2 (IELTS 5, TOEIC 605, IBT 72, ITP 543, Duolingo 90, or EPrT 500* (for internal registration only).
4. Being nominated by the International Office of Telkom University.

NOTE:

• There are no minimum requirements for GPA.
• If English is not the first language, students are required to fulfill the minimum language requirement as above.
• If students do not have this qualification, a supporting letter from their English teacher of the highest level at the university is sufficient. (MUST state that the student can communicate and write in English well)

As the first step, Telkom University students must prepare all the required documents for joining the Spring Exchange at Saxion 2024, such as:

1. Scan of Student ID Card
2. Recent Academic Transcript in English
3. Scan of English Proficiency Certificate.

Follow these additional requirements for official registration to participate in the Spring Exchange at Saxion 2024 (for Visa Application):

1. Formal photo in jpg format which is under 500KB in size
2. A copy of passport
3. Bank certificate
4. Application form
5. International Health Insurance
6. Family Relation Certificate (only for applicants with bank certificate under their father or mother’s name)
7. Letter of Recommendation by International Office of Telkom University (only for applicants who don’t meet the GPA or language requirement)
