Organizational Management for Business Start-Ups, ATU-Net Online Mobility Program in Entrepreneurship. Telkom University in collaboration with UTeM, UiTM, SIT and CTU jointly hosted the 6th Class of ATU-Net Online Mobility Program in Entrepreneurship entitled “Organizational Management for Business Start-Ups”.

Organizational Management for Business Start-Ups event was held on Saturday, 9 October 2021 at 8 am online through zoom meeting. The speaker is a lecturer from Telkom University School of Communication and Business, Anita Silvianita, Ph.D and moderated by Prof. Hiroyuki Ishizaki from Shibaura Institute of Technology. Organizational Management for Business Start-Ups event was divided into two main sessions, the material explanation and project work.

Organizational Management for Business Start-Ups, the 6th Class

This 6th class covers the four main sub-topics presented by Ms. Anita. Within the main topic of Organizational Management for Business Start-Ups, the four sub-topics include Organizational mission, vision, and objectives; Organizational structure; human resource management; and Organizational financial planning. Ms. Anita opened the class by explaining the importance of the vision and mission of a company. In her presentation at the Organizational Management for Business Start-Ups event, she explained that vision and mission are two distinct concepts reflecting different existential time frames.

In the Organizational Management for Business Start-Ups, Ms. Anita also explained several challenges in the world of Human Resource Management including the challenge of resilience, attractiveness, measurement, competency and intellectual capital.

The characteristics of financial management were also discussed in this Organizational Management for Business Start-Ups event. This may include investment decisions, financial decisions, and dividend decisions. In addition to being the moderator of the event, Prof. Hiroyuki Ishizaki also presented material in Organizational Management for Business Start-Ups event about the Business Model Canvas, from upstream to downstream.
