This partnership manifests as an Online Joint Class initiative, bringing together students and lecturers from all involved institutions. The program’s innovative approach is designed to enrich educational experiences by incorporating international perspectives and expertise.

 

Kickoff with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM)

The Online Joint Class Series with Universities in Malaysia begins with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) on March 27, 2024. The first class, themed “Security in Software Defined Network,” was presented by Dr. Sofia Naning Hertiana, S.T., M.T., and Prof. Ir. Dr. Sharifah Hafizah Binti Syed Ariffin. This Online Joint Class Series with Universities in Malaysia delved into the intricacies of software-defined networking security, offering insights from two distinguished experts in the field.

Following this, the collaboration with UTM continues with another session on May 15, 2024. This class covered “Advanced Network Modeling & Simulation,” once again featuring Prof. Ir. Dr. Sharifah Hafizah Binti Syed Ariffin. After concluding the sessions with UTM, Telkom University continued its Online Joint Class Series with Universities in Malaysia with Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) Malaysia. The first class on May 17, 2024, focused on “Managing System Support and Security,” with speakers Dr. Puspita Kencana Sari, and Dr. Hidayah Sulaiman. This Online Joint Class Series with Universities in Malaysia aims to address the challenges and strategies in managing system support and ensuring security in various organizational contexts.

The second session of Online Joint Class Series with Universities in Malaysia with UNITEN was held on May 29, 2024, covering “The Future of Data Governance.” Similar to the 1st session, the speakers for this class were Dr. Puspita Kencana Sari and Dr. Hidayah Sulaiman. Extending Partnership with Universiti Kelantan Malaysia (UKM)

This partnership includes a series of three classes held on May 19, 2024, May 21, 2024, and May 29, 2024. The first class of Online Joint Class Series with Universities in Malaysia featured Dr. Adhi Prasetio and Dr. Fatihah Mohd, who shared their expertise on a yet-to-be-announced topic.
