New Student Admission for Academic Year 2023-2024. New student admission for academic year 2023-2024 is officially OPEN. Telkom University which, again, this year is awarded as the best private university in Indonesia according to Times Higher Education (THE) University Ranking 2022, is open application for international students to pursue their study in various programs in Telkom University including Degree Program and Non-Degree Program for academic year 2023.

PROGRAM OFFERED IN NEW STUDENT ADMISSION 2022-2023

International students can apply for Degree Program and Non-Degree Program at Telkom University.

1. Degree Program

For Degree Program, international student can earn credits for credit short course programs such as Student Exchange Program, Credit Earning & Credit Transfer program, and Internship Program; as well as degree certificate for regular courses such as Diploma Degree Program (3-years study), Bachelor Degree Program (4-years study), Master Degree Program (2-years study), and Doctoral Degree Program (3-years study). 2. Non-Degree Program

International students can also experience the great Telkom University in short period of study through Short Course Program, Joint Class Program, Visit Program, and Community Service Program. Practically, short course programs take place in various study periods depend on the program itself.

NEW STUDENT ADMISSION 2023-2024 INTAKE

Generally, Telkom University opens new student admission in two intake programs (Odd Semester & Even Semester), yet we also receive applicants in short semester (July-August).

1. Odd Semester Intake (September-January)

In this semester, we open new student admission for all programs including student exchange program, diploma program, bachelor program, master program, and doctoral program.

2. Even Semester Intake (February-June)

In this semester we open new student admission especially for student exchange program, master program, and doctoral program.

TYPES OF CLASS OFFERED IN NEW STUDENT ADMISSION 2023

Telkom University, toward the vision in becoming world class university, offers regular class and international class. We are aware that some of international students experience language barrier in conducting their study. Therefore, we recommend international students to take international class where English is medium for language delivery in lectures. Besides, we also give BIPA course to new international students to held them adapt living in Indonesia.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE OF NEW STUDENT ADMISSION 2023-2024

Joining Telkom University is simply by registering online at out online application portal. Yet, before applying to our program, international students must prepare themselves from the very basic steps including finding their interest and matching them with study program offered at Telkom University to beat the new student selection successfully. Once you are ready to register, follow these simple procedures of New Student Admission 2023.

1. Online Application

International students who are interested to join New Student Admission 2022-2023 must register online at: https://io.telkomuniversity.ac.id/admission/

2. Online Test

Once the application is reviewed and verified by the admission team, international students who apply for New Student Admission 2023-2024 will be invited to take Online Test.

3. Interview

Having conducted the Online Test, international students who apply for New Student Admission 2023 will be next invited to the Interview Session.

4. Announcement

The results of new student selection processes (administration selection, online test, interview session) will be announced through online application and registered email as well. Applicants must check application and email regularly.

5. Confirmation

Having declared accepted as new student of Telkom University, prospective new student must send confirmation letter regarding their acceptance to continue the program.

6. Registration Process

All prospective new student will be invited to the one-on-one meeting to socialize the information of the registration process to be new student of Telkom University including process of gaining visa, student permit and stay permit.
