Korean Youth Summit 2025. Korea Youth Summit 2025 is the first international youth conference in Seoul, South Korea, organized by the Youth Break the Boundaries Foundation. It aims to inspire emerging leaders to push beyond their potential, collaborate, and implement strategies for Youth Leadership Empowerment to Drive Sustainable Change for a Brighter Future. KYS 2025 also promotes collaboration among young people from diverse backgrounds and fields, encouraging them to leverage their skills and leadership to advance Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) serve as a global framework for development, replacing the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) after 2015. The SDGs encompass various sectors, including Health (SDG 3), Education (SDG 4), Economy (SDG 8), Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure (SDG 9), and Sustainable Cities and Communities (SDG 11).
KYS 2025 offers a valuable opportunity for young leaders to explore effective social development strategies that can drive real progress in their countries. The summit focuses on four key themes, encouraging participants to critically engage with SDG-related strategies in Education, Economy, Industry, Innovation, Infrastructure, and Sustainable Cities and Communities.
Delegates of KYS 2025 will gain valuable insights from diverse perspectives and build global connections that contribute to their growth as future leaders. The program is scheduled for only four days, 30 Juni – 3 Juli 2025.

Korea Youth Summit 2025 will be held over four days, from February 17–20, 2025. The program will include:

INTERNAL REGISTRATION DEADLINE OF Korean Youth Summit 2025
Telkom University students who want to participate in the Korean Youth Summit 2025 must register via the internal application link before 15 February 2025.
ACCOMMODATION IN Korean Youth Summit 2025
- Korea Youth Summit 2025 provides accommodation for all participants, with the cost already included in the program fee.
- The Room will be determined by the organizing committee (participants are not allowed to choose). Each hotel room during the event will be shared by two participants, with two separate beds
- If a delegate wishes to have a private room, they can pay an additional fee of 275 USD or IDR 3.300.000. This option provides extra comfort and privacy for those who need it.

ESSAY FOR Korean Youth Summit 2025
When applying to this program, you are required to write an essay. You can write your essay using the essay writing guidelines provided below:
- TOPIC:
- SDG 4 – Quality of Education
- SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth
- SDG 9- Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure
- SDG 11- Sustainable Cities and Communities
- Write your essay with a maximum of 250 words, choosing one of the four SDG themes mentioned above.
- Every piece of data included in the essay must be accompanied by citations and references.
- The reference section should be no more than 100 words.
- The essay should demonstrate your understanding of the topic by expressing your views clearly.
- The essay must present an overall argument that involves an analysis of issues and a critical evaluation from various perspectives.

APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY FOR Korean Youth Summit 2025
- Active Telkom University undergraduate students who have passed 1 year of study.
- Having excellent academic records, min GPA of 3.0 and/or above.
- Having good English communication skills, proved by English at level CEFR B2 (IELTS 5.5, TOEIC 785, IBT 72, ITP 543, Duolingo 90, or EPrT 500* (for internal registration only).
- Being nominated by the International Office of Telkom University.

As the first step, Telkom University students must prepare all the required documents for joining Korean Youth Summit 2025, such as:
- Scan of Student ID Card
- Recent Academic Transcript in English
- Scan of English Proficiency Certificate.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR OFFICIAL REGISTRATION
Follow these additional requirements for official registration to participate in the Korean Youth Summit 2025 (for Visa Application):
- Formal photo in jpg format which is under 500KB in size
- A copy of passport
- Bank certificate
- Application form
- International Health Insurance
- Family Relation Certificate (only for applicants with bank certificate under their father or mother’s name)
- Letter of Recommendation by International Office of Telkom University (only for applicants who don’t meet the GPA or language requirement)

- Wait for the next announcement regarding the CHOSEN nomination of the Korean Youth Summit 2025 from the International Office of Telkom University.
- Once the nomination, the applicant will be guided to apply to the official online application for Korean Youth Summit 2025.
