IWONDER Staff: 4th Intl’ Networking Week. Erasmus+ is the European program for education, training, youth, and sport for the period between 2021 and 2027 and aims to enhance the personal and professional development of all citizens, reinforcing European identity, sustainable growth, social cohesion, and employability. It promotes the work of organizations within the scope of European or international partnerships with a wide range of public and private stakeholders, fostering the exchange of knowledge and innovation in the fields of education, training, youth, and sport.
IWONDER+ is aims to promote knowledge sharing, mutual development, and enhanced understanding between IPCA and the project partners by encouraging student and staff mobility, as well as the exchange of best practices.
PROGRAM PERIOD OF IWONDER Staff: 4th Intl’ Networking Week
The program is scheduled on 19th to 23rd of May 2025.
PROGRAM SESSION OF IWONDER Staff: 4th Intl’ Networking Week
Intl’ Networking Week (InWeek) is kind of International Staff Training Week which will be held in English language and is open to administrative, teaching staff and researchers whose tasks are mainly focused on innovation, entrepreneurship, technology, sustainable industries, Bioeconomy, Innovative Pedagogies and other related domains, with a comprehensive programme focused on innovation. This international week is integrated in Braga’s Economy Week and participants will have free access to the international conference ICARUS.

INTERNAL REGISTRATION DEADLINE OF IWONDER Staff: 4th Intl’ Networking Week
Telkom University employee (staff or lecturer) who want to participate in the IWONDER Staff: 4th Intl’ Networking Week must register via the internal application link before 28 February 2025.
APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY FOR IWONDER Staff: 4th Intl’ Networking Week
- Administrative, teaching staff and researchers whose tasks are mainly focused on innovation, entrepreneurship, technology, sustainable industries, Bioeconomy, Innovative Pedagogies and other related domains, with a comprehensive programme focused on innovation.
- Having good English communication skills.
- Ensure the fulfilment of specific and additional criteria applicable to the type of mobility applied for.
- Not having any other Scholarships to be realised under the IWONDER project.
- Willing to cover essential living costs. Erasmus+ scholarships are designed to cover only supplementary expenses incurred during the stay abroad.
- Being nominated by the International Office of Telkom University.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR IWONDER Staff: 4th Intl’ Networking Week
Telkom University employee (staff or lecturer) must prepare all the required documents for joining the IWONDER Staff: 4th Intl’ Networking Week, such as:
- Scan of Employee ID Card (for Internal Registration only)
- Preliminary work plan proposal
- Motivation letter (max. one page), explaining reasons for applying, specific skills, academic interests, professional experience and benefits of mobility for the applicant and his professional tasks
- Authorisation to undertake mobility at the partner HEI from the applicant’s supervisor (only for IPCA staff).
- Nomination from the partner university to undertake mobility at IPCA (only for partner HEI staff).
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR OFFICIAL REGISTRATION
Follow these additional requirements for official registration to participate in the IWONDER Staff: 4th Intl’ Networking Week (for Visa Application):
- Formal photo in jpg format which is under 500KB in size
- A copy of passport
- Bank certificate
- Application form
- International Health Insurance
- Family Relation Certificate (only for applicants with bank certificate under their father or mother’s name)
FINANCIAL SUPPORT
The IWONDER project provides the following financial support for selected participants:
- Subsistence allowance (amount varies by type, country, and direction of mobility). For staff mobility, subsistence allowance is 170 EUR/day
- Travel expenses between the scholarship holder’s home city and the host country (amount varies by destination). Indonesia is 8000 km or more, so the travel expenses is 1.735,00 EUR. If the allocated amount does not cover the desired trip’s cost, participants must find alternative funding sources. All selected participants are responsible for purchasing their travel tickets, according to the established mobility dates and the minimum stay period at the host HEI;
- Health, accident, and travel insurance valid for the entire mobility period.
- For outgoing teaching and non-teaching staff, the total scholarship amount is transferred to their bank account before the mobility.
