
iWONDER ICM Erasmus+ 2025
iWONDER ICM Erasmus+ 2025. Erasmus+ is the European program for education, training, youth, and sport for the period between 2021 and 2027 and aims to enhance the personal and professional development of all citizens, reinforcing European identity, sustainable growth, social cohesion, and employability. It promotes the work of organizations within the scope of European or international partnerships with a wide range of public and private stakeholders, fostering the exchange of knowledge and innovation in the fields of education, training, youth, and sport.
Coordinated by the Polytechnic University of Cávado and Ave (IPCA), Portugal, the IWONDER+ project was approved in 2024. It aims to promote knowledge sharing, mutual development, and enhanced understanding between IPCA and the project partners by encouraging student and staff mobility, as well as the exchange of best practices. Over its 36 months of implementation, the project will provide 58 scholarships to students, teaching staff, and non-teaching staff from participating institutions following the signing of an inter-institutional agreement between IPCA and each of the 25 partner institutions across 16 countries.

The program is scheduled for 1st semester (September 2025 until February 2026) or the 2nd semester (February to July 2026).

Key Action 171 – International Credit Mobility (ICM) promotes and supports the mobility of people who are enrolled or working in a higher education institution (HEI), from a Programme Country to a Partner Country or vice versa, namely:
Student Mobility:
- Can be carried out in any field and study cycle (short cycle / bachelor / master / PhD) and is open to recent graduates.
- Physical mobility can last from 2 to 12 months.
- It can consist of a period of study in an HEI or a period of internship in a company, research institute, laboratory, organisation or any other relevant workplace.

APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY FOR iWONDER ICM Erasmus+ 2025
All participants with an academic or professional connection to the Polytechnic University of Cávado and Ave (IPCA) or any partner institution within this project are eligible for an Erasmus+ scholarship under the IWONDER framework.
- Active Telkom University students
- Bachelor students must be enrolled in at least the second year of higher education at the start date of the mobility period abroad.
- Master students must have successfully completed a bachelor degree and be enrolled in a master programme at their home institution at the time of application and the start of the mobility period.
- PhD students must have completed at least one year in this study cycle and have a defined research project
- Having excellent academic records, a GPA of 3.0 and/or above
- Having good English communication skills at the B2 level of English is equivalent to a score of 72-94 in TOEFL iBT (after October 2016) and a score of 5,5-6,5 in IELTS. A table of equivalences of B2 level to other English certificates is available at www.alliance4universities.eu/en/mobility-scholarships/
- Ensure the fulfilment of specific and additional criteria applicable to the type of mobility applied for.
- Not having any other Scholarships to be realised under the IWONDER project.
- Willing to cover essential living costs. Erasmus+ scholarships are designed to cover only supplementary expenses incurred during the stay abroad.
- Being nominated by the International Office of Telkom University.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR iWONDER ICM Erasmus+ 2025
As the first step, Telkom University students must prepare all the required documents for joining the iWONDER ICM Erasmus+ 2025, such as:
- Scan of Student ID Card
- Recent Academic Transcript in English
- Scan of English Proficiency Certificate.
- Formal Photo
- Learning Agreement (Signed by Academic Supervisor & Head of Department). Link template:

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR OFFICIAL REGISTRATION
Follow these additional requirements for official registration to participate in the iWONDER ICM Erasmus+ 2025 (for Visa Application):
- Formal photo in jpg format which is under 500KB in size
- A copy of passport
- Bank certificate
- Application form
- International Health Insurance
- Family Relation Certificate (only for applicants with bank certificate under their father or mother’s name)
- Letter of Recommendation by International Office of Telkom University (only for applicants who don’t meet the GPA or language requirement)
APPLICATION PROCEDURES FOR iWONDER ICM Erasmus+ 2025
- Applicant read full information HERE.
- Applicant consults with academic supervisor related to participation in the program, including the courses’ selection.
- Applicant prepares required documents for the internal nomination step at Telkom University.
- Applicants make an online registration for the nomination step at: https://bit.ly/IWONDERErasmus2025 before 28 February 2025.
- Wait for the next announcement from the International Office of Telkom University regarding the CHOSEN nomination of the iWONDER ICM Erasmus+ 2025. Once the nomination, the applicant will be guided to apply to the official online application for the iWONDER ICM Erasmus+ 2025.
FINANCIAL SUPPORT
The IWONDER project provides the following financial support for selected participants:
- Subsistence allowance (amount varies by type, country, and direction of mobility). For student mobility, subsistence allowance is 850 EUR/month (Up to 4 months);
- Travel expenses between the scholarship holder’s home city and the host country (amount varies by destination). Indonesia is 8000 km or more, so the travel expenses is 1.735,00 EUR. If the allocated amount does not cover the desired trip’s cost, participants must find alternative funding sources. All selected participants are responsible for purchasing their travel tickets, according to the established mobility dates and the minimum stay period at the host HEI;
- Health, accident, and travel insurance valid for the entire mobility period.
For students mobility, the scholarship is paid in three instalments by cheque:
- 50% upon arrival at IPCA and after signing the grant agreement.
- 30% within 75 days of the mobility starting date.
- 20% before the end of the mobility period.
