International Certification & Internship Program by PKT Logistics. PKT is a socially responsible logistics company that leverages local talent, develops eco-friendly warehouse facilities, and actively engages with surrounding communities. Through its initiatives, PKT aims to inspire other businesses to create meaningful, positive impacts for both people and society. PKT Logistics offers valuable opportunities for Telkom University students, particularly those in the international class, to gain global exposure through its International Certification & Internship Program. This bundled program is designed to enhance students’ skills through structured training, culminating in the attainment of an internationally recognized certification upon completion.

PROGRAM OFFERED

The International Certification & Internship Program by PKT Logistics consists of two main programs, including:

  1. Training & Certification (7 days)
  2. Internship (23 days)

PROGRAM PERIOD OF INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION & INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

The International Certification & Internship Program by PKT Logistics is taking place from July to August 2026 in Malaysia (the exact schedule will be announced at a later date).

INTERNAL REGISTRATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION & INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Telkom University students need to apply for internal registration to join the International Certification & Internship Program by PKT Logistics at: https://tel-u.ac.id/reg-certifinternship

INTERNAL REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION & INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Telkom University students who want to participate in the International Certification & Internship Program by PKT Logistics must register beforehand via the internal application link before 20 May 2026.

PROGRAM CONTENT OF INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION & INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

  1. Training & Certification
    There are 4 modules that will be delivered in the training and certification program in 7 days:
    • Strategic Material Handling in Inventory
    • Effective Documentation Practice
    • Security Enhancement in Logistics/Hierarchy Implementation in Logistics
    • Order Fulfilment Management
    • Basic of Internet of Things (IoT) and Application in Logistics
  2. Internship
    Students will be placed at the 12 Waves, Batu Kawan Penang Plant, and will attach with PKT Logistics customer in the 12 Waves. The internship will take place in 23 days.

ESTIMATED BUDGET FOR INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION & INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Program Fee includes:

  1. Training & Certification
  2. Accommodation (30 days)
  3. Meals during Training & Certification (7 days: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
  4. Local transport during Training & Certification (7 days)

APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY FOR INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION & INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

  1. Telkom University undergraduate program students, especially in the 4th year
  2. Having excellent academic records and good honors
  3. Having good English Communication skill
  4. Being nominated by the International Office of Telkom University

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION & INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

As the first step, Telkom University students must prepare all the required documents for joining the Kumamoto Graduate Exchange 2026, such as:

  1. Scan of Student ID Card
  2. Recent Academic Transcript in English
  3. Scan of English Proficiency Certificate.
  4. Formal Photo

  2. Applicant consults with academic supervisor related to participation in the program, including the courses’ selection.
  3. Applicants prepare required documents for the internal nomination step at Telkom University.
  4. Applicants make an online registration for the nomination step at https://tel-u.ac.id/reg-certifinternship before 20 May 2026.
  5. Wait for the next announcement regarding the CHOSEN nomination of the program.
