1. For International Admissions 2026 at Telkom University, applicants who pass the administrative selections will be invited to the Online Test for those who choose Diploma Program/D3 for all study programs, Bachelor Program (S1) for all study programs, Master Program (S2) of Electrical Engineering, Informatics Engineering, and Industrial Engineering. Later on, if they pass the online test, they will be invited to interview session with study program representative.
2. Applicants who choose study programs that are not mentioned above, especially for Master Program applicants, will be directly invited to the interview session with study program representative without doing the online test beforehand.
3. For the administrative selection process, please ensure that all applicants have successfully uploaded all required documents in English through the online application portal at https://io.telkomuniversity.ac.id/admission/. Kindly also ensure that each document meets the specified file size requirements.

1. Diploma Degree Program (D3) and Bachelor Degree Program of Applied Science (S1)
Telkom University offers various study programs for international students who wish to study Diploma Program (D3) and Bachelor Degree Program of Applied Science (S1) at Telkom University by studying at School of Applied Sciences. The study programs for Diploma Program (D3) and Bachelor Degree Program of Applied Science (S1) that can be selected by international students are:
Please note that the aforementioned study programs will be delivered in Indonesian language. Therefore, students who wish to enroll in Telkom University’s Diploma (D3) or Applied Bachelor’s Degree (S1) programs are required to have proficiency in Indonesian.
2. Bachelor Program (S1) and Student Exchange Program

3. Master Program (S2)
International students who wish to pursue a Master’ Degree Program (S2) at Telkom University may choose from a selection of available study programs. Please note, however, that all Master’s programs are delivered in Indonesian language. Therefore, it is highly recommended that applicants attain proficiency in Indonesian prior to enrolling in the Master’s Program for International Admissions 2026 at Telkom University.
4. Doctoral Program (S3)
For International Admissions 2026 at Telkom University, Telkom University also welcomes international students to apply for Doctoral Degree Program (S3). Applicants may choose to pursue a Doctoral Degree Program in either Informatics or Electrical Engineering. Please note that all doctoral classes are conducted in Indonesian language.
International applicants are strongly advised to secure a promoter from Telkom University as part of the application requirements. APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN INTERNATIONAL ADMISSIONS 2026 AT TELKOM UNIVERSITY
To be eligible to take part in International Admissions 2026 at Telkom University, international applicants must fulfil the following requirements:
- Hold foreign citizenship other than Indonesia.
- Maximum 35 years old for Master Degre Program and maximum 23 years old for Diploma Degree Program, Applied Bachelor Degree Program and Bachelor Degree Program.
- Have good English Proficiency
- Have a Bachelor Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale of 4.00) for Master Program applicants
- For Doctoral Program applicants, the previous field of study must be aligned (linear) with the intended doctoral program at Telkom University.
- Doctoral Program applicants must also obtain confirmation from a prospective promoter at Telkom University as part of the application process.
