Inbound Student Exchange/Inbound Student Mobility Program is an implementation of the internationalization program between Telkom University and partner universities all over the world. Inbound Student Exchange program allows the students of partner or non-partner universities to study here for a short-term period (one or two semesters). Exchange students may earn certificates and credits from Telkom University. Inbound exchange program is reciprocal based on the agreement between Telkom University and partner universities.

Inbound Students Exchange are normally enrolled in 3-6 academic courses or equal to 9-20 credits. The inbound exchange program courses for Odd Semesters start in September and the courses for Even Semesters start in February.
Inbound Document Requirements to Register for Exchange Program:
- Academic Transcripts (from 1st semester-current semester)
- Copy of Passport
- Motivation Letter
- Formal Photo (Red Background)
Inbound Document Requirements to Apply for Study Permit
- Scan of Passport (valid for at least 1 year ahead)
- Formal Photo (red background)

- Health certificate
Inbound Document Requirements to Apply for E-Visa
The world has been hit by Covid-9 pandemic since 2019 and it changed everything, including the way that mobility program conducted. Due to pandemic situation, there are a lot of changes in traveling and permit policy for foreigners, including required documents to apply for E-Visa for inbound student exchange:
- Study Permit from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology
- Scan of Passport Cover
- Scan of Passport Showing Identity
- Medical Statement (in English)
- Certificate of Full Dose Covid-19 Vaccine (in English)
- Letter of Good Conduct or Police Clearance and Character Clearance from the authorized authorities in the country origin (in English)
- Statement Letter of Willing to be Quarantined
- Statement Letter of Willing to Have Health Monitor
- Statement Letter of Willing to Pay on Own Expenses
Inbound Student Exchange Expenses
Inbound student exchange Participants will be exempted from paying the tuition fee of the exchange program. For non-partners university, the scholarship is available, and it covers the tuition fees also.
