Hanyang ERICA Spring Exchange Program 2025. Hanyang University ERICA, South Korea, is pleased to announce that the application for the Spring 2025 semester exchange program (March – June 2025) is now open. The tuition fee for this program is waived, but selected students are responsible for covering costs such as learning materials, dormitory accommodation, independent quarantine, visa fees, and living expenses in Korea, including roundtrip flight tickets and insurance.

PROGRAM PERIOD OF HANYANG ERICA SPRING EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2025

The program is scheduled for over one semester in the Spring of 2025, and it lasts from March 3 to June 21, 2025.

APPLICATION DEADLINE OF HANYANG ERICA SPRING EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2025

Telkom University students who want to participate in the Hanyang ERICA Spring Exchange Program 2025 at Hanyang University ERICA Campus must register beforehand via the internal application link before October 24th, 2024.

PROGRAM COURSE FOR HANYANG ERICA SPRING EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2025

The course registration system in Hanyang University works on a “first-come, first-served” basis. Students must be aware that it may be very difficult to register for some courses and their preferred choices of courses are NOT GUARANTEED. We ask exchange students to be flexible with their course preferences. If students have any essential courses required for graduation, we suggest they to take it at their home university.

COURSE REGISTRATION OF HANYANG ERICA SPRING EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2025

Before coming to Korea, students will have a chance to register for courses online. There are different phases for course registration categorized by major & year and it works on a “first-come, first-served” basis. CREDIT OF HANYANG ERICA SPRING EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2025

1 Hanyang University (HYU) credit consists of 15 contact hours. In most cases, the conversion to ECTS (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System) is “1 Hanyang credit equals 2 ECTS.” A regular student’s study load at Hanyang typically ranges from 15 to 18 credits per semester, with a maximum of 20 credits. Exchange students must enroll in at least two regular courses to maintain their visa status.

  • Housing: Dorm: 300,000 KRW; Off-campus: Above 450,000 KRW
  • Food: 400,000 KRW
  • Personal Expenses: 250,000 KRW
  • Total (per month): 950,000~1,100,000 KRW

APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY FOR Kumamoto Post-Graduate Spring STEP 2025

  • Telkom University undergraduate students
  • Having excellent academic records and good honors with GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00) or above
  • Having good English communication skills, proved by English at level CEFR B2 (IELTS 5.5, TOEIC 785, TOEFL-iBT 72, TOEFL ITP 543, Duolingo 90).
  • Being passed the nomination step

Follow these additional requirements for official registration to participate in Hanyang ERICA Spring Exchange Program 2025:

  • Formal photo in jpg format which is under 500KB in size
  • A copy of passport
  • Bank certificate
  • Application form
  • International Health Insurance
  • Family Relation Certificate (only for applicants with bank certificate under their father or mother’s name)
  • Letter of Recommendation by International Office of Telkom University (only for applicants who don’t meet the GPA or language requirement)

  • Applicant consults with academic supervisor related to participation in the program, including the courses’ selection.
  • Applicant prepares required documents for the internal nomination step at Telkom University.

  • Wait for the next announcement regarding the CHOSEN nomination of Hanyang ERICA Spring Exchange Program 2025 from the International Office of Telkom University.
  • Once the nomination, the applicant will be guided to apply to the official online application for the Hanyang ERICA Spring Exchange Program 2025.
