Telkom University students who want to participate in the HANYANG ERICA FALL 2026 at Hanyang University ERICA must register via the internal application link before 10 April 2026.

ACADEMIC INFORMATION OF HANYANG ERICA FALL 2026

English Courses
Hanyang University offers approximately 500–600 courses in English each year across various departments. Among these, around 70% are major courses, while 30% are elective courses. Exchange students are generally allowed to take courses from different departments, but course availability is not guaranteed. The most up-to-date course list is released one month before the semester begins. Until then, students should refer to the previous year’s course list as a reference (e.g., Fall 2026 applicants should refer to the Fall 2025 course list). Credits and Study Load
At Hanyang University, one credit consists of 15 contact hours. In most cases, the conversion to ECTS (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System) follows the ratio of 1 HYU credit = 2 ECTS. Regular students at Hanyang typically take 15 to 18 credits per semester, with a maximum of 20 credits. Exchange students must enroll in at least two regular courses to maintain their visa status.

ACCOMMODATION IN HANYANG ERICA FALL 2026

Exchange students can apply for on-campus dormitories approximately two months before the semester begins. However, dormitory placement is not automatically guaranteed for all applicants. To secure on-campus housing, students must apply during the designated dormitory application period.

Important Notice: Students who fail to complete the housing application or submit the housing fee payment by the deadline will NOT be guaranteed a spot in the dormitory.

APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY FOR HANYANG ERICA FALL 2026

  1. Active Telkom University undergraduate students who have passed 1 year of study.
  2. Having excellent academic records, min GPA of 3.0 and/or above.
  3. Having good English communication skills, CEFR B2 (IELTS 5.5, TOEIC 785, TOEFL IBT 72(old format) or TOEFL IBT 4(new format), ITP 543, Cambridge 170, etc.)
  4. Being nominated by the International Office of Telkom University.

As the first step, Telkom University students must prepare all the required documents for joining HANYANG ERICA FALL 2026, such as:

  2. Recent Academic Transcript in English

  2. A copy of passport
  3. Bank certificate
  4. Application form
  5. International Health Insurance
  6. Family Relation Certificate (only for applicants with bank certificate under their father or mother’s name)
  7. Letter of Recommendation by International Office of Telkom University (only for applicants who don’t meet the GPA or language requirement)
