AQAS: Six Tel-U Study Programs Accredited International Accreditation. BANDUNG – Telkom University has once again announced a proud achievement in the international arena through its success in obtaining accreditation from the international accreditation of AQAS (Agency for Quality Assurance through Accreditation of Study Programmes). AQAS is a higher education accreditation body based in Germany and listed in EQAR (The European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education). This achievement is real evidence of Telkom University’s commitment to continue maintaining and improving the quality of education according to global standards.
The accreditation process begins with an on-site visit conducted from 6 to 9 August 2024. The on-site visit involved six expert panels and two official representatives from AQAS who conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the proposed study programs. After going through a strict assessment and verification process, the official accreditation results were announced on 2 December 2024.

A total of six study programs from the School of Creative Industries, Telkom University, have successfully achieved this international accreditation. The six study programs include:
This achievement is a reflection of the quality of education that has met strict international criteria.
The aspects assessed in the accreditation process include various important elements, such as: Quality of the Curriculum; Procedures for Quality Assurance; Learning, Teaching and Assessment of Students; Student Admission, Progression, Recognition, and Certification; Teaching Staff; Learning Resources and Student Support; and Public Information. This assessment shows that the six study programs have been able to implement academic principles that meet global standards in the learning process and academic management.
The university expressed its appreciation for the hard work of all academicians, especially lecturers and management teams involved in the accreditation process. This achievement also serves as a driving force to continue innovating and expanding international reach, both in the form of academic cooperations, student and lecturer exchanges, and cross-country research collaborations.
Through this accreditation, the study program is expected to continue improving the quality of education, not only in terms of curriculum and teaching, but also in supporting the development of student and lecturer capacity more broadly. In line with the direction of Telkom University’s internationalization policy, recognition from AQAS is expected to open up greater opportunities in building a global reputation and strengthening the university’s position as a leading educational institution at the international level.
