PROGRAM PERIOD OF HANBAT FALL SEMESTER 2026
The Hanbat Fall Semester 2026 for Student Exchange Program is scheduled to begin expected in late August 2026 until 9 December 2026. Students are expected to return to home country in January 2027.

Students of Telkom University who wish to participate in the Hanbat Fall Semester 2026 are required to complete the first internal registration through the internal nomination link at https://tel-u.ac.id/hanbatfallsem26
REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR HANBAT FALL SEMESTER 2026
Telkom University students who are interested in participating in the program are expected to submit their application through the internal nomination link no later than 30 May 2026.

ESTIMATED BUDGET FOR THE STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAM OF HANBAT FALL SEMESTER 2026 (1 SEMESTER)
The following items need to be prepared by the participants:
APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY FOR HANBAT FALL SEMESTER 2026 (1 SEMESTER)
- Active Telkom University undergraduate students who have passed 2 semesters of study;
- Having excellent academic records and good honours;
- Telkom University EPrT 500 is required only for the Telkom University nomination step;
- Being passed the nomination step by Telkom University.

As the first step, Telkom University students must prepare all the required documents for joining the Hanbat Fall Semester 2026:
- Scan of Student ID Card
- Recent Academic Transcript in English
- Scan of English Proficiency Certificate
- Formal Photo

- A copy of passport
- Bank certificate

- International Health Insurance
- Family Relation Certificate (only for applicants with bank certificate under their father or mother’s name)

- Once the nomination, the applicant will be guided to apply to the official online application for the Hanbat Fall Semester 2026 at Hanbat National University, South Korea.
