The GUAT Fall Semester 2026 is scheduled to take place from September 2026 to January 2027.

NOMINATION DEADLINE OF GUAT FALL SEMESTER 2026
All Telkom University students intending to participate in GUAT Fall Semester 2026 must submit their registration via the internal nomination link of Telkom University NO LATER THAN June 6th, 2026.

ESTIMATED BUDGET FOR THE STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAM OF GUAT FALL SEMESTER 2026 (1 SEMESTER)
The following items need to be prepared by the participants for joining GUAT Fall Semester 2026:
APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY FOR GUAT FALL SEMESTER 2026
- Active Telkom University undergraduate students who have passed 2 semesters of study;
- Having excellent academic records and good honours (CGPA Score minimum 3.0/ 4.0);
- All participants are required to prove an English proficiency of Telkom University EPrT 500. It is required only for the Telkom University nomination step;
- Being passed the nomination step by Telkom University.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR GUAT FALL SEMESTER 2026
As the first step, Telkom University students must prepare all the required documents for joining GUAT Fall Semester 2026:
- Scan of Student ID Card
- Recent Academic Transcript in English
- Scan of English Proficiency Certificate
- Formal Photo

- Applicant consults with academic supervisor related to participation in the program, including the courses’ selection.
- Applicant prepares required documents for the internal nomination step at Telkom University.
- Applicants make an online registration for the nomination step of GUAT Fall Semester 2026 at Guilin University of Aerospace Technology, China at: https://tel-u.ac.id/guatfall26 before June 6, 2026.
- Applicants wait for the next announcement regarding the CHOSEN nomination for GUAT Fall Semester 2026 at Guilin University of Aerospace Technology, China from Telkom University International Office.
- Once the nomination, the applicant will be guided to apply to the official online application for GUAT Fall Semester 2026 at Guilin University of Aerospace Technology, China.
