PROGRAM PERIOD KIT FALL 2026
The program is scheduled to take place over a period during the Fall Semester from 1st September to 21st December 2026.

Telkom University students need to apply for internal registration to join the KIT FALL 2026 before participating in the program at: https://tel-u.ac.id/kitfall2026
INTERNAL REGISTRATION DEADLINE of KIT FALL 2026
Telkom University students who want to participate in the KIT FALL 2026 at Kumoh National Institute of Technology must register beforehand via the internal application link before March 31st, 2026.
COURSES OF KIT FALL 2026
Students are expected to enroll in 3-5 academic courses, totaling 9-15 credits. This includes a mandatory 3-credit Korean language class. Exchange students will also have the opportunity to engage in various extracurricular activities, including industrial tours and cultural experiences.
Information on Courses Open to Exchange Students:
- English courses for the spring semester will be confirmed in February.
- English courses for the fall semester will be confirmed in August.
- English Course List will be sent to the participants and partner school
- individually once it is finalized.
- KIT offers English courses only for the faculty listed below.
- 1) School of Electronic Engineering
- 2) Business Administration
- Students whose major is not related to one of the above departments also can apply for the KIT exchange program. However, they might not be able to take major courses for the credit transfer, only selective courses will be available.

ACTIVITIES FOR KIT FALL 2026
Exchange students will also be offered the chance to participate in various extracurricular activities, such as industrial tours and cultural experiences.

ACCOMMODATION FOR KIT FALL 2026
All incoming exchange students are eligible for on-campus housing.

- Housing fees are subject to change based on dormitory regulations.
- The dormitory cafeteria serves only Korean food.
- No kitchen facilities are available in the dormitory.
- Dormitory does not provide a blanket and pillow. Each student should bring/buy one’s blanket and pillow.

- Under the mutual exchange agreement, students from KIT’s partner universities are FREE from tuition/program fees.

APPLICANT’S ELIGIBILITY FOR KIT FALL 2026
- Active Telkom University undergraduate students who have passed 1 year of study.
- Having excellent academic records, min GPA of 3.0 and/or above.
- Using Language: English or Korean (Moderate level of reading, writing and speaking) Having good English communication skills, proved by English at level CEFR B2 (IELTS 5, TOEIC 605, IBT 72, ITP 543, Duolingo 90, or EPrT 500* (for internal registration only).
- Being nominated by the International Office of Telkom University.

As the first step, Telkom University students must prepare all the required documents for joining the KIT FALL 2026 , such as:
- Scan of Student ID Card
- Recent Academic Transcript in English
- Scan of English Proficiency Certificate.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR OFFICIAL REGISTRATION
Follow these additional requirements for official registration to participate in the KIT FALL 2026 (for Visa Application):
- Formal photo in jpg format which is under 500KB in size
- A copy of passport
- Bank certificate
- International Health Insurance
- Family Relation Certificate (only for applicants with bank certificate under their father or mother’s name)
- Letter of Recommendation by International Office of Telkom University (only for applicants who don’t meet the GPA or language requirement)

- Wait for the next announcement regarding the CHOSEN nomination of the KIT FALL 2026 from the International Office of Telkom University.
- Once the nomination is published, the applicant will be guided to apply to the official online application for the KIT FALL 2026.
