Telkom University warmly invites all international students who are currently pursuing their studies at a university around the world to join in TelU Student Exchange Program for Even Semester 2025/2026 which will commence in February 2026. TYPES OF TELU STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAM FOR EVEN SEMESTER 2025/2026

STUDY PROGRAMS AVAILABLE FOR TELU STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAM FOR EVEN SEMESTER 2025/2026
International students are encouraged to enrol in international classes (delivered in English) when participating in the Even Semester of Student Exchange Program at Telkom University. Yet, international students are also welcome to join regular classes (delivered in Indonesian Language).
The following bachelor programs are available in English for the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 academic year:

- (S1) Bachelor of Telecommunication Engineering
- (S1) Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
- (S1) Bachelor of Industrial Engineering
- (S1) Bachelor of Information Systems
- (S1) Bachelor of Business Administration
- (S1) Bachelor of Communication Science
- (S1) Bachelor of International ICT Business
- (S1) Bachelor of Accounting
- (S1) Bachelor of Visual Communication Design
- (S1) Bachelor of Information Technology
In addition to these 11 English-delivered bachelor programs, international students enrolled in Master’s programs are also welcome to participate in the Academic Student Exchange
Program at our graduate level. However, please note that courses at the Master’s level are delivered in Indonesian. Therefore, students who wish to enroll in Master’s programs for the Even Semester of Student Exchange Program at Telkom University 2025/2026 are required to have proficiency in Indonesian.
In addition, the Research Exchange Program is open to international students from both undergraduate and postgraduate programs, offering them the opportunity to conduct research within our Centers of Excellence (CoE).

PROGRAM PERIOD OF TELU STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAM FOR EVEN SEMESTER 2025/2026
TelU Student Exchange Program for Even Semester 2025/2026 will run from February 16 to July 2025. International students interested in participating must join the on-site mobility program at Telkom University, located in Main Campus, Bandung – West Java, Indonesia.

International students interested in joining the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Student Exchange Program at Telkom University are required to register in advance through the online application system at https://io.telkomuniversity.ac.id/admission/ by selecting the enrollment option “Exchange Program February 2026 (1 Semester)”.

The finalized list of courses for the TelU Student Exchange Program for Even Semester 2025/2026is typically released in January 2025. Therefore, applicants are highly encouraged to contact the International Office of Telkom University to confirm the most up-to-date courses.
NOMINATION & APPLICATION DEADLINE OF TELU STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAM FOR EVEN SEMESTER 2025/2026
Partner universities are expected to submit nominations via email to [email protected] by 15 November 2025 for participating in the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Student Exchange Program at Telkom University. Additionally, students may register directly through the online application system no later than 30 November 2025. Course selection can still be discussed and finalized until January 2026.
APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN TELU STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAM FOR EVEN SEMESTER 2025/2026
To be eligible to take part in TelU Student Exchange Program for Even Semester 2025/2026, international students must fulfil the following requirements:
- International students and are enrolled in their home university;
- Students must be nominated by home university;
- Having good academic records;
- Having good English proficiency.

- Latest university academic transcript (in English);
