Program Period of KIT SPRING EXCHANGE 2025

The program is scheduled to take place over a period during the Spring semester February 28th till the middle of June 2025.

Telkom University students need to apply for internal registration to join the KIT SPRING EXCHANGE 2025 before participating in the program at: https://tinyurl.com/KITSpring2025 

INTERNAL REGISTRATION DEADLINE of KIT SPRING EXCHANGE 2025

Telkom University students who want to participate in the KIT SPRING EXCHANGE 2025 at Kumoh National Institute of Technology must register beforehand via the internal application link before October 15^th, 2024.

COURSES OF KIT SPRING EXCHANGE 2025

Students can enroll maximum 21 credits. Exchange students usually take 3 to 6 courses per semester based on 3 credits per course. The followings are list departments available for KIT SPRING EXCHANGE 2025 in English:

1. Dept of Electronic Communication Engineering, School of Electronic Eng
2. Dept of Electronics and IT Convergence, School of Electronic Eng
3. School of Industrial Engineering
4. Business Administration

Students whose major is not related to one of the above departments also can apply for the KIT exchange program. However, they might not be able to take major courses for the credit transfer, only selective courses will be available.

APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY FOR KIT SPRING EXCHANGE 2025

1. Active Telkom University undergraduate students who have passed 1 year of study.
2. Having excellent academic records, min GPA of 3.0 and/or above.
3. Having good English communication skills, proved by English at level CEFR B2 (IELTS 5, TOEIC 605, IBT 72, ITP 543, Duolingo 90, or EPrT 500* (for internal registration only).
4. Being nominated by the International Office of Telkom University.

NOTE:

• There are no minimum requirements for GPA.
• If English is not the first language, students are required to fulfill the minimum language requirement as above.
• If students do not have this qualification, a supporting letter from their English teacher of the highest level at the university is sufficient. (MUST state that the student can communicate and write in English well)

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR KIT SPRING EXCHANGE 2025

As the first step, Telkom University students must prepare all the required documents for joining the KIT SPRING EXCHANGE 2025, such as:

1. Scan of Student ID Card
2. Recent Academic Transcript in English
3. Scan of English Proficiency Certificate.
4. Formal Photo

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR OFFICIAL REGISTRATION

Follow these additional requirements for official registration to participate in the KIT SPRING EXCHANGE 2025  (for Visa Application):

1. Formal photo in jpg format which is under 500KB in size
2. A copy of passport
3. Bank certificate
4. Application form
5. International Health Insurance
6. Family Relation Certificate (only for applicants with bank certificate under their father or mother’s name)
7. Letter of Recommendation by International Office of Telkom University (only for applicants who don’t meet the GPA or language requirement)

APPLICATION PROCEDURES FOR KIT SPRING EXCHANGE 2025

1. Applicant reads detailed information about the KIT SPRING EXCHANGE 2025 HERE
2. Applicant consults with academic supervisor related to participation in the program, including the courses’ selection.
3. Applicant prepares required documents for the internal nomination step at Telkom University.
4. Applicants make an online registration for the nomination step at: https://tinyurl.com/KITSpring2025 before October 15th, 2024.
5. Wait for the next announcement regarding the CHOSEN nomination of the KIT SPRING EXCHANGE 2025 from the International Office of Telkom University.
6. Once the nomination is published, the applicant will be guided to apply to the official online application for the KIT SPRING EXCHANGE 2025.
