IISMA Awardees 2024 Meet Rector. Telkom University hosted the IISMA Awardees 2024 Meet Rector on June 7th, 2024, to celebrate and extend best wishes to 49 outstanding scholarship recipients who have achieved remarkable success in their academic pursuits abroad. The IISMA Awardees 2024 Meet Rector event, a testament to Telkom University’s commitment to nurturing global talent, began with an opening address from Dr. Lia Yuldinawati, Director of Strategic Cooperation and International Office. Dr. Yuldinawati emphasized the pivotal role of international education in shaping future leaders and fostering cross-cultural understanding.
Next in IISMA Awardees 2024 Meet Rector event highlighting the day were speeches from two distinguished IISMA Awardees: Rahmi Rabbani, a student of the D3 Hospitality program at Telkom University who will join Shannon College of Hotel Management, University of Galway, Ireland, and Ahmad Rafi Ilzan, a student of S1 Information System at Telkom University who will join Newcastle University, England. Rahmi and Ahmad in the IISMA Awardees 2024 Meet Rector event shared their transformative experiences abroad, reflecting on the academic challenges, cultural immersion, and personal growth they have encountered during their studies overseas.
