UMPSA announces the launch of the Autumn Semester 2024/2025 Student Exchange Programme UMPSA 2024. And invite the institution to participate in UMPSA 2024 program, offering the students the chance to engage in one or two semesters of a rewarding physical exchange experience at UMPSA 2024, immersing themselves in Malaysian culture and hospitality. This program is open to Undergraduate and Postgraduate students.

The UMPSA 2024 program is scheduled to take place over a period of one or two semesters in 2024/2025.

APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY FOR Student Exchange Program at UMPSA 2024

1. Active Telkom University undergraduate and postgraduate students who have passed 1 year of study.
2. Having excellent academic records, min GPA of 3.0 and/or above.
3. Having good English communication skills, proved by English at level CEFR B2 (IELTS 5.5, TOEIC 785, IBT 72, ITP 543, Duolingo 90, or EPrT 500* (for internal registration only).
4. Being nominated by the International Office of Telkom University.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR Student Exchange Program at UMPSA 2024

As the first step, Telkom University students must prepare all the required documents for joining Student Exchange Program at UMPSA 2024, such as:

1. Scan of Student ID Card
2. Recent Academic Transcript in English
3. Scan of English Proficiency Certificate.
4. Formal Photo

Follow these additional requirements for official registration to participate in Student Exchange Program at UMPSA 2024

(for Visa Application):

1. Formal photo in jpg format which is under 500KB in size
2. A copy of passport
3. Bank certificate
4. Application form
5. International Health Insurance
6. Family Relation Certificate (only for applicants with bank certificate under their father or mother’s name)
7. Letter of Recommendation by International Office of Telkom University (only for applicants who don’t meet the GPA or language requirement)

5. Wait for the next announcement regarding the CHOSEN nomination of Student Exchange Program at UMPSA 2024 from the International Office of Telkom University.
6. Once the nomination, the applicant will be guided to apply to the official online application for Student Exchange Program at UMPSA 2024
