Brief Description Industrial Engineering Program is one of the study programs at the Telkom University, which was founded in 1990 (formerly STTTelkom, then turned into ITTelkom, and since 2013 to the Telkom University). Industrial Engineering Department aims to produce graduates who have a Tier 1 level upon ability as graduates who are able to design, execute, evaluate, and develop an integrated system consisting of human, material, method, machine / tools, Money, Energy, Environment and Information becomes more better. Developed as a study program that not only emphasizes academic skills of graduates, but also trying to increase the value graduates with hardskil and other soft skill related to industrial engineering field.
Vision Menjadi Program Studi Teknik Industri berkelas internasional yang mampu menjadi agen perubahan dalam membentuk insan cerdas dan kompetitif yang kompeten dalam pengembangan dan pengelolaan industri infokom serta mampu memberikan kontribusi dalam membangun masyarakat Indonesia yang sejahtera.
Mission
  1. Menyelenggarakan pendidikan bertaraf internasional untuk mengembangkan sumber daya profesional di bidang teknik industri
  2. Menyelenggarakan penelitian bertaraf internasional untuk mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi serta inovasi di bidang teknik industri
  3. Menyelenggarakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dan secara aktif membangun sinergi dengan industri / institusi dalam dan luar negeri.
Course Competence Kompetensi Lulusan yang diharapkan adalah

  1. Menguasai dasar-dasar ilmiah dan keterampilan dalam bidang teknik industri sehingga mampu menemukan, memahami, menjelaskan, dan merumuskan cara penyelesaian masalah keteknik-industrian yang terdiri dari sistem terinegrasi dari manusia, material, mesin (perangkat), uang, metode, energi, dan informasi pada level sistem produksi, sistem lantai produksi, dan sistem perusahaan.
  2. Mampu menerapkan ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan keteknik-industrian dalam kegiatan produktif dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat di bidang teknik industri, dengan sikap dan perilaku yang sesuai dengan tata kehidupan bersama.
  3. Mampu bersikap dan berperilaku dalam membawakan diri berkarya sebagai ahli teknik industri, maupun dalam berkehidupan bersama di masyarakat;
  4. Mampu mengikuti perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dalam bidang teknik industri dan infokom;
Learning Outcomes
  1. Memiliki kemampuan untuk menggunakan matematika, ilmu pengetahuan dan ilmu teknik
  2. Memiliki kemampuan untuk mendesain dan melakukan eksperimen, dan mampu untuk menganalisis data
  3. Memiliki kemampuan untuk mendesain komponen dari suatu sistem atau proses sesuai kebutuhan berdasarkan kajian  ekonomi, lingkungan, sosial, politik, kesehatan dan keselamatan, kemampumanufakturan, dan keberlanjutan.
  4. Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim dengan multidisiplin,
  5. Mampu untuk mengidentifikasi, memformulasikan, dan menyelesaikan masalah teknik.
  6. Mampu berkomunikasi secara efektif.
  7. Memahami dampak dari solusi teknik secara global, ekonomi, lingkungan dan konteks sosial, dalam lingkup lokal dan global
