To all members of Telkom University<\/a> community:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In response to the\nstatement of World Health\nOrganization (WHO) that Covid-19 has become a Pandemic and\nby referring to the following\npolicies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. West\nJava Education Office Policy Number: 443\/3302-Set.Disdik on the Implementation of National\nExamination and Learning Activities at Educational Units in West Java<\/li>
  2. Telkom\nEducation Foundation Policy ND: 04728 \/YayasanPendidikanTelkom-YPT\/DGA-02\/2020 on the\nInstructions for Online Teaching and Learning Activities in Emergency\nConditions of Covid-19 Pandemic<\/li>
  3. Telkom\nUniversity Rector’s Policy Number: 035\/SKR4\/REK\/2020 dated 11 March 2020 on the Suspension of Activities\nInvolving Massive Community by Telkom University Academia\nas one of the Prevention on the Spread of\nCorona Virus Disease (Covid-19).<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Telkom University\nhas adopted a decision,\nas the protective measures against the spread of Corona Virus Disease\n(Covid-19) at the campus area, effectively valid on March<\/strong> 16th-<\/strong>28th<\/strong>, 2020 as follows<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Face-to-face\nlectures will be transitioned to online lectures and there is no onsite practicum during\nthe time frame.<\/li>
    2. If\nit is believed that there will be no increase on the spread of Covid-19, students\/dormitory and non-dormitory residents are encouraged to travel home. If it is not possible for\nthem to return to hometown, they\nmust report to the Assistant Manager of Students Affairs at\ntheir Faculty. The\nregulation for foreign students will be arranged specifically in a technical implementation\nletter.\n<\/li>
    3. All\nemployees are encouraged to continue working as usual and are allowed to work from home with the permission and\nsupervision of their supervisors.<\/li>
    4. Employees\nwho declared sick have to report\nto their supervisor and are not allowed to conduct any\nactivities at the office.<\/li>
    5. All members of Telkom University\nAcademia are kindly asked\nto remain calm and alert as well as pay attention to all health\nprotocols circulated by government authorities.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      This Circular shall be effective\nfrom the date of issuance and will be re-evaluated in accordance with the development of Pandemic Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
