Hi, TelUtizen! We have another good news for you planning to join Student Mobility Program. Here, Nagaoka Summer School for Young Engineers (NASSYE) 2020 is OPEN REGISTRATION now. So, if you are, at least, a third year Telkom University student, you guys may apply for the calls. During the program you have the opportunity to participate in the research on topics set by the laboratories at Nagaoka University of Technology (NUT), as well as experience the cultural exchange. Note the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ELIGIBLE\nAPPLICANT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The\ncalls are OPEN for, at least, a third year Telkom University student or scheduled\nto graduate before August 31, 2021.<\/li><li>Have\ninterest in enrolling in a master\u2019s or doctoral program at NUT in the future<\/li><li>Have\nat least one of the following certifications of English language proficiency:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"\"><tbody><tr><td>\n  English Test\n  and Minimum Score\n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  TOEFL iBT\n  <\/td><td>\n  61 or above\n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  TOEFL CBT\n  <\/td><td>\n  173 or above\n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  TOEFL PBT\n  <\/td><td>\n  500 or above\n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  TOEIC\n  <\/td><td>\n  550 or above\n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  IELTS\n  <\/td><td>\n  5 or above\n  <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PROGRAM PERIOD<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program will be conducted on August 17<sup>th<\/sup>-26<sup>th<\/sup>,\n2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>APPLICATION\nDEADLINE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The application will be closed on April 3, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FIELD OF STUDY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mechanical Engineering<\/li><li>Electrical, Electronics and Information Engineering<\/li><li>Materials Science and Technology<\/li><li>Civil and Environmental Engineering<\/li><li>Bioengineering<\/li><li>Information and Management Systems Engineering<\/li><li>Nuclear System Safety Engineering<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PROGRAM\nCONTENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Participation in a research-based program at an\nassigned laboratory<\/li><li>Company and city tours<\/li><li>Experience Japanese culture<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>APPLICATION\nPROCEDURE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Applicants must download the necessary forms from the website below: <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/NagaokaSummerSchool2020\"><strong>bit.ly\/NagaokaSummerSchool2020<\/strong><\/a><\/li><li>Application Form (Form A)<\/li><li>Certificate of Enrollment (Form B)<\/li><li>Applicants must prepare and submit the following documents<\/li><li>Academic Transcript (Academic transcript must include all grades from the 1<sup>st<\/sup> semester to the latest one).<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Only the official academic transcript with\nthe institution\u2019s authorized stamp or representative\u2019s signature will be\naccepted. If the applicant is unable to obtain this transcript due to their\ninstitution\u2019s regulations, they must obtain a certified true copy of the\ntranscript. Certification must be made by the registrar or a representative of\nthe institution. The administrative office of the institution may send the\ncertificate directly to NUT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Recommendation Letter<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The recommendation letter should be\nwritten by the applicant\u2019s academic advisor or head of department (or higher)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Copy of an English language proficiency test\nscore as indicated in Section 3.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The required inclusion of a standardized\ntest score in the application can be waived if evidence is provided that the\napplicant is enrolled at a program in which the medium of instruction is\nEnglish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>All\nof the submitted materials above should be filled out in English or Japanese\nusing a word processor or black ballpoint pen (block letters).
