The rapid growth of Telkom University\u2019s education quality leads the university in various recognition. Those honors are SCIMAGO, The Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education (Kemenristekdikti), Webometrics, and UniRank.<\/p>\n<p>Proudly\u00a0 nominated as the best university within three years in a row\u00a0for reputable scientific publications based on Science and Technology Index (SINTA) by The Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education (Kemenristekdikti). Which is mean Telkom University is the 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0private university that publish the biggest number of research. Kemenristekdikti\u2019s education quality rated by four main components: Institutional quality, quality of human resources (HR), quality of student activities, quality of research and scientific publications.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, Telkom University scale up internationally as the best private university in Indonesia in International journal indexed by SCOPUS based on SCIMAGO (The SCImago Journal &amp; Country Rank) in the website <span data-offset-key=\"6rhru-1-0\" data-reactid=\"313\"><a class=\"color-primary\" href=\"http:\/\/www.scimagojr.com\/\" data-reactid=\"312\">www.scimagojr.com.\u00a0<\/a><\/span>SCIMAGO is a research group of the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Cient\u00edficas (CSIC), the University of Granada, Extremadura, Carlos III (Madrid) and Alcala de Henares, dedicated to information analysis, representation and retrieval through visualization techniques.\u00a0SCIMAGO (The SCImago Journal &amp; Country Rank) is a publicly available portal that includes journals and country scientific indicators which developed from information contained in the Scopus database.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Webomatrics scales the universities in another way. Webomatrics\u2019s institution quality rated by data: Presence, Impact. Openness and Excellence. Presence is the amount of the university\u2019s website available in Google. Impact is the unique amount\u00a0 \u00a0of external links (amount of backlinks) received by the university web domains (in links) detected by the Google search engine. Openness is the number of document files, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint are online \/ open under the domain of university websites detected by the Google Scholar search engine. Excellence is the number of scientific articles of the respective college publications indexed at Scimago Institution Ranking and in Google Scholar.<\/p>\n<p>UniRank or formerly known as 4ICU (4 International Colleges and Universities) institution quality rated by: institution accreditation, the institution has to be at least consist of 4 years study program of undergraduate or post-graduate programs, and the institution provides traditional or face to face learning method of teaching.<\/p>\n<p>Based on these criteria from; SCIMAGO, Kemenristekdikti, Webomatrics and UniRank combined all together, Telkom University in this 2018 successfully achieved the best private university in the whole country and rank 6<sup>th<\/sup>position among all Universities in the country.
