Exchange Program at USM 2024<\/strong>.<\/strong> Founded in 1969, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) is the second oldest public institution of higher learning in Malaysia. The University is divided into six campuses, with its Main Campus and Sains USM located on Penang Island. The other five branch campuses are the Health Campus located in Kubang Kerian, Kelantan (approximately 300km from the main campus), the Advanced Medical and Dental Institute (IPPT) in Bertam, the Engineering Campus in Nibong Tebal, and the Institute of Postgraduate Studies (IPS KL) in the heart of the capital city, Kuala Lumpur. An offshore medical program campus, KLE-Belgaum, is located in India.<\/span><\/p>\n

The program is scheduled to take place over a period of one semester starting on 7 October 2024 until 16 February 2025. \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY FOR <\/strong>Exchange Program at USM 2024<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Active Telkom University undergraduate and postgraduate students who have passed 1 year of study.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Having excellent academic records, min GPA of 3.0 and\/or above.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Having good English communication skills, proved by English at level CEFR B2 (IELTS 5, TOEIC 605, IBT 72, ITP 543, Duolingo 90, or EPrT 500* (for internal registration only).<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Being nominated by the International Office of Telkom University.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    As the first step, Telkom University students must prepare all the required documents for joining the Exchange Program at USM 2024<\/strong>, such as:<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Scan of Student ID Card<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Recent Academic Transcript in English<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Scan of English Proficiency Certificate.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Formal Photo<\/span><\/li>\n

      1. Formal photo in jpg format which is under 500KB in size<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. A copy of passport<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Bank certificate<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Application form<\/span><\/li>\n
      5. International Health Insurance<\/span><\/li>\n
      6. Family Relation Certificate (only for applicants with bank certificate under their father or mother\u2019s name)<\/span><\/li>\n
      7. Letter of Recommendation by International Office of Telkom University (only for applicants who don\u2019t meet the GPA or language requirement)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        5. Wait for the next announcement regarding the CHOSEN nomination of the Exchange Program at USM 2024 <\/strong>from the International Office of Telkom University.<\/span><\/li>\n
