IISMA 2024 application is about to OPEN and awaits you Telkom University students. So, get ready and make your dreams come true with IISMA for brighter future with IISMA 2024. Since 2021, Telkom University has been joining the IISMA application organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. IISMA 2024 application is widely open to all students from undergraduate path and vocational path who would like to embrace various academic journeys and international cultures.<\/span><\/p>\n

Telkom University students who are getting interested in IISMA 2024 application should join the internal registration first organized by Telkom University International Office before applying to the official registration for IISMA 2024 application organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture,\u00a0Research<\/a>, and Technology. This internal registration of IISMA 2024 is also aimed to help Telkom University students prepare the required documents well before applying to the official registration for IISMA 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n

OBJECTIVES OF IISMA 2024 APPLICATION:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Providing Internationalization in which IISMA Awardee is expected to learn new things in all various subjects, including culture and custom in another country;<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Supporting Industrial 4.0;<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Supporting the \u201cMerdeka Belajar\u201d<\/em> (Freedom of Learning) Program in order to support universities in Indonesia with interdisciplinarity from Host University Partners around the world.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    IISMA 2024 APPLICATION<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Generally, IISMA 2024 application is divided into three types of selection:<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Regular Selection<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      This selection is one of the IISMA 2024 application for IISMA Full scholarship scheme, funded by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology.<\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Affirmative Selection<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        It is IISMA 2024 application for IISMA Full scholarship scheme, funded by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology for students who come from 3T areas in accordance with Presidential Regulation Number 63 of 2020 concerning the Determination of 3T regions for 2020-2024 or, students who receive the Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP Kuliah) or, students who receive the Bidikmisi Scholarship<\/span><\/p>\n

        1. Co-Funding Selection<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          It is IISMA 2024 application for partial funding scheme between students and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology<\/span><\/p>\n

          1. IISMA Full Funding<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
          2. Registration and tuition fee (at cost)<\/span><\/li>\n
          3. PCR, quarantine, and health insurance (covering COVID) (at cost)<\/span><\/li>\n
          4. Settlement and living allowance (lumpsum)<\/span><\/li>\n
          5. Economy airfare and visa (at cost)<\/span><\/li>\n
          6. Emergency fund (at cost)<\/span><\/li>\n

            TELKOM UNIVERSITY INTERNAL REGISTRATION OF IISMA 2024 APPLICATION<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

            Before applying to the official IISMA 2024 application, Telkom University students are required to register at https:\/\/bit.ly\/TelUIISMARegist24<\/a>. The internal registration of IISMA 2024 application is divided into two batches:<\/span><\/p>\n

            Batch 1: 9-18 January 2024<\/span><\/p>\n

            Batch 2: 22-31 January 2024<\/span><\/p>\n

            PERIOD OF IISMA 2024 APPLICATION<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

            IISMA 2024 application is officially open on 23 January to 14 February 2024 in official portal: https:\/\/iisma.kemdikbud.go.id\/<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

             <\/p>\n

            APPLICANT ELIGIBILITY<\/strong> OF IISMA FOR BRIGHTER FUTURE WITH IISMA 2024<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

              \n
            1. Holding Indonesian nationality and staying in Indonesia;<\/span><\/li>\n
            2. Maximum age of 24 years old on 1 July 2024;<\/span><\/li>\n
            3. Active student of Telkom University in semester 4 or 6 and having good academic performance (GPA of minimum 3.0 out of 4.0), proved by the latest academic transcript;<\/span><\/li>\n
            4. Having good English Proficiency Score. For Bachelor Degree students (S1): TOEFL iBT 78 or IELTS 6.0 or Duolingo English Test 100. While for Bachelor Degree student in Applied Sciences (S1 Applied Sciences\/ Diploma 4) and Diploma Degree Program (D3) students: TOEFL iBT 60 or IELTS 6.0 or Duolingo 95 or TOEIC 605;<\/span><\/li>\n
            5. NOMINATED\u00a0by home Telkom University;<\/span><\/li>\n
            6. Experiencing in student activities (seminar, competition, community service, internship, or other student mobility programs).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR INTERNAL REGISTRATION OF IISMA 2024 APPLICATION<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

              Kindly prepare the following required documents in the correct format and size before applying to IISMA for Brighter Future with IISMA 2024 internal registration. The documents have to be no more than 1 MB in size.<\/span><\/p>\n

              1. Scan of transcript from 1st Semester (in English). To get transcript in English please switch the language in iGracias to English. (name your file: your full name_transcript) (PDF)<\/span><\/li>\n
              2. Scan of Student ID (name the file: your full name_KTM) (JPG)<\/span><\/li>\n
              3. Scan of Citizen ID (name the file: your full name_KTP) (JPG)<\/span><\/li>\n
              4. Scan of Passport (name the file: your full name_passport) (JPG)<\/span><\/li>\n
              5. Scan of TOEFL IBT\/IELTS\/Duolingo certificate (name the file: your full name_TOEFL IBT\/IELTS\/DUOLINGO) (JPG)<\/span><\/li>\n
              6. Scan of certificate of achievement, max. 3 certificates (name your file: your full name_achievement 1, etc.) (JPG)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                PROCEDURES FOR INTERNAL REGISTRATION OF IISMA 2024 APPLICATION<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

                  \n
                1. Telkom University students read and comprehend the information of IISMA 2024 application including host university and subjects that wish to take.<\/span><\/li>\n
                2. Telkom University students consult with academic supervisor regarding participation plan in IISMA 2024 application and subjects\u2019 selection, as well as their conversions.<\/span><\/li>\n
                3. Telkom University students prepare required documents for IISMA for Brighter Future with IISMA 2024.<\/span><\/li>\n
                4. Telkom University students register for IISMA 2024 application to the online internal selection at: https:\/\/bit.ly\/TelUIISMARegist24<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n
                5. Telkom University students who have registered on internal registration of IISMA 2024 application, will be included in the IISMA coordination group.<\/span><\/li>\n
                6. International Office of Telkom University will process recommendation letters ONLY for students who meet the requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n
                7. Next, students will be assisted to apply for IISMA 2024 application through its official application.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
