Post Covid 19 Action-Getting Along with \u201cNew Normal\u201d. \u00a0A new normal is a state where our global economy and society have settled since the onset of the COVID19 pandemic. The new normal is evolving as our world adjusts to COVID-19.<\/em><\/p>\n

Responding to the new adjustment called\u00a0 \u201cNew Normal\u201d, International Office Telkom University<\/a> organized After Class Talk Episode 7 on the International Student Series. The title of ACT Episode 7 is Post Covid 19 Action-Getting Along with \u201cNew Normal\u201d (Post Covid 19 Action) and it was held on Wednesday, 28 December 2022 at 2 pm.<\/p>\n

The Post Covid 19 Action-Getting Along with \u201cNew Normal\u201d event invited 3 foreign students from three different countries. Taleb Gaber, Master of Mathematics student at Diponegoro University from Syria; Joseph Lewis, Accounting student at Diponegoro University from\u00a0 Sierra Leone; and MD Touhidul Islam, Business administration at Telkom University from Bangladesh.<\/p>\n

Post Covid 19 Action<\/h1>\n

Opening the first interval of Post Covid 19 Action-Getting Along with \u201cNew Normal\u201d, Touhidul stated that one way of Post Covid 19 Action-Getting Along with \u201cNew Normal\u201d was to start adapting as soon as possible. Any kind of change can be hard in Post Covid 19. When it comes to the new normal in post covid 19, we know it might take some getting used to. According to him, there are 5 ways of Post Covid 19 Action-Getting Along with \u201cNew Normal\u201d, first is building mental fitness, the second is practicing humility, the third becomes investing in mental health, the fourth can be staying connected, and the last but not least is investing in yourself.<\/p>\n

Joseph Lewis opens the second interval of\u00a0 Post Covid 19 Action-Getting Along with \u201cNew Normal\u201d by explaining how the values, and the social life can deal with the new situation. He explained thoroughly how slowing life can help people to adjust to this new life. With the new routine comes a more relaxed way of living. It leads to the high quality of family time. Families will now be able to spend more time together.<\/p>\n

Taleb closed the Post Covid 19 Action-Getting Along with \u201cNew Normal\u201d event with the information of today\u2019s reality after COVID 19. In conclusion, Post Covid 19, even though the pandemic was lower down, we are now entering the new normal and we still should master Post Covid 19 Action-Getting Along with \u201cNew Normal\u201d. Life is not the same as we know it during a pandemic. The fear and anxiety of contracting the virus brought a kind of change that is unprecedented. As a consequence, our way of thinking, attitudes, and behaviors have radically shifted.<\/p>\n
