You guys may choose maximum 3 courses (up to 9 creadits) available from 130+ courses in 15 fields of study. And the other amazing part from this program is you guys can have 6 different unique activities to experience contemporary Korean culture. Don\u2019t worry, there are various scholarships that you may apply for. Please note these following information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PROGRAM PERIOD<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program will be conducted in July 6<sup>th<\/sup>-31<sup>st<\/sup>, 2020<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>APPLICATION DEADLINE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The application will be closed in April 30<sup>th<\/sup>, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>APPLICANT ELIGIBILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Telkom University students who currently at least in the 3<sup>rd<\/sup> semester.<\/li><li>Having a passport valid until 6 months or longer after the end date of program.<\/li><li>Good academic record with CGPA \u2265 2.75.<\/li><li>Good command of both written and spoken English proven by ITP TOEFL or EPrT certificate with the score \u2265 475<\/li><li>For MBTI\/ICT Business students, they must successfully completed the first-year courses with no E grade.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Note:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>For\nthe requirements set by partner universities, please refer to the host\nuniversity brochure.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>APPLICATION PROCEDURE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The applicant reads detailed information including information of the program.<\/li><li>The applicant fills out summer school online application form:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/OnlineStudexForm\"><strong>bit.ly\/SummerSchoolForm<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong><\/li><li>To complete the form, the applicant must login with Telkom University email account or Gmail account.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of the form,\nthe applicant must upload the scanned copy of the following documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Passport (name the file: your full name_passport)<\/li><li>ITP TOEFL\/EPrT certificate (name the file: your full name_toefl\/eprt)<\/li><li>Academic transcript (name the file: your full name_transcript)<\/li><li>Financial support letter (name the file: your full name_financial support letter)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Note:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The template of financial support letter can be downloaded at:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/icao.telkomuniversity.ac.id\/downloads\/\"><strong>http:\/\/icao.telkomuniversity.ac.id\/downloads\/<\/strong><\/a><\/li><li>Please prepare the scanned copy of those documents in PDF and the maximum size of each document is 1 MB.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SELECTION PROCEDURE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Application documents will be reviewed and verified by the team. <\/li><li>If the application is approved by ICAO, the applicants can then continue the application process by following instructions set by the host university. If the application is not approved by ICAO, it means that the applicants are not eligible to apply and they cannot join the program.<\/li><li>After receiving invitation\/acceptance letter from the host university, ICAO will inform flight tickets and visa arrangement and hold the pre-departure orientation. Selected applicants may arrange their own flight tickets and visa application; however, they must consult with International Office &amp; ICAO beforehand. Likewise, selected applicants must purchase return tickets as for this program.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PRE-DEPARTURE ORIENTATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>ICAO will hold an orientation for selected applicants discussing the preparation of joining the program.<\/li><li>All selected applicants must attend the orientation.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT NOTE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>There are two\nstages of application that students must follow to join summer school. First is\nthe application to ICAO and second is the application to host\/partner\nuniversities. Remember!
