What is it?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joint Short Course Telkom University<\/a> & University of Malaya is a reciprocal program designed by Telkom University and University of Malaya as one of the collaboration implementations between Telkom University and University of Malaya. The duration of this short course program takes one-two weeks. As a reciprocal program, this joint short course enables these two universities to send their students to the host university. This program offers students to learn different culture of learning, cross culture understanding, visit industry, and expose to cultural excursion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Generally,\nthrough this joint short course, the students learn about enginering stuff*\nsuch as<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Game application<\/li>
  2. Robotics<\/li>
  3. Data Analysis<\/li>
  4. Drone Automation<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    *Host\nuniversity may design different field of study and will announce detailed\ninformation in the application periode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    When can the students join the Joint Short Course?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This\nprogram is an annual program which can be scheduled in odd semester or even\nsemester, depending on the agreement between Telkom University & University\nof Malaya. Both Telkom University and University of Malaya will announce the\nschedule of the program. Kindly stay tuned on the updated information released\nin the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Who can apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For\noutbound mobility program, the Joint Short Course calls Telkom University\nstudents (all majors) who meet following requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Telkom University\u2019s active students in Diploma\n(D3) and Bachelor (S1)<\/li>
    2. Having a passport (expiry at least 6\nmonths prior to the departing date)<\/li>
    3. Good academic record with CGPA\n\u2265 3.00 (out of 4.00)<\/li>
    4. Good command of both written\nand spoken English proven by ITP TOEFL or EPrT certificate with score \u2265 500 (out of 677)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      How can apply the Joint Short Course?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The\nfollowing are procedure for outbound of Joint Short Course program:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. The applicant reads detailed\ninformation of the program.<\/li>
      2. The applicant fills out online\napplication form at: http:\/\/bit.ly\/TelUMalaya<\/a><\/strong> <\/strong>(<\/strong>will be activated prior to the\nevent<\/strong>)<\/strong><\/li>
      3. At the end of the form, the\napplicant must upload the scanned copy of the following documents.<\/li>
      4. Passport (name the file: your\nfull name_passport)<\/li>
      5. Academic\ntranscript (name the file: your full name_transcript)<\/li>
      6. ITP TOEFL\/EPrT certificate\n(name the file: your full name_toefl\/eprt)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Is\nit free?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        To join the Joint Short Course program,\nthe students still need to prepare amount of money to cover:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Flight\nticket<\/li>
        2. Travel\ninsurance<\/li>
        3. Living expanses<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Telkom University & University of\nMalaya will cover:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Program fee<\/li>
          2. Dormitory waives<\/li>
          3. Meal waives<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
