In contrast to other subjects, subjects Personal Development is not a science, but a humanist approach that helps individuals to be aware of himself as a whole, so that students are expected to optimize independence in a meaningful form of self-actualization. Highlights of this course include understanding of the meaning of self-development that self-development is a lifelong process, where a change in attitude and mental changes we have to do from within ourselves, so that we can achieve meaningful actualization of our series; understanding of the concept of self; understanding of the importance of self-development; etiquette in the association; improvement in communication skills, and an understanding of how to respect themselves and others.
After the self-development courses students can understand the meaning of personal development and sense of self-concept. Students should also be aware of the importance of personal development and be able to master the skill in communicating.
