Inbound Student Exchange Program

Greetings from Telkom University, Bandung, Indonesia.

Telkom University is a leading university focusing on ICT, business, and arts that located in Bandung, the capital city of West Java Province, Indonesia (Bandung is also well known as the capital city of Asia Africa). In 2019, Telkom University announced as “The Best Private University in Indonesia” by Ministry of Research and Higher Education.

Dedicated to all student of Telkom University partners, we’re pleased to invite you to Student Exchange/Mobility Program at Telkom University. Student Exchange/Student Mobility Program is an implementation of the internationalization program between Telkom University and partner universities all over the world. This program allows the students of partner or non-partner universities to study here for a short-term period (one or two semesters). Exchange students may earn certificates and credits from Telkom University. This program is reciprocal based on the agreement between Telkom University and partner universities.

The courses we offer are Undergraduate Programs delivered in English namely:

  1. International ICT Business
  2. Industrial Engineering
  3. Information System
  4. Telecommunication Engineering
  5. Informatics Engineering
  6. Business Administration
  7. Communication Science
  8. Electrical Engineering
  9. Visual Communication Design

Students are normally enrolled in 3-6 academic courses or equal to 9-20 credits. The courses for Odd Semesters start in August and the courses for Even Semesters start in January.

Requirements:

  • Academic Transcripts
  • Copy of Passport
  • Health Insurance
  • Personal Statement
  • Formal Photo (Red Background)

Concerning the mandatory health insurance requirement for exchange students, students must submit a copy to demonstrate proof of your own private health insurance. In case the student does not provide us with a certificate, we can assist you in obtaining temporary insurance for your stay in Indonesia.

The table below is the scoring scheme for Student Exchange Program held in Telkom University. Each course would be given the score and it has its own quality index. Please refer to the table below for the details.

7 Score <= 40 E 0,0 Poor

Participants will be exempted from paying the tuition fee of the exchange program. For non-partners university, the scholarship is available, and it covers the tuition fees also. Here is additional information about approximate personal expenses in Indonesia for the students during the exchange program:
